Application in large-scale energy and petrochemical projects
THERMALFORTIS® has been deployed across multiple energy and chemical projects, including CNOOC's offshore platform heat-transfer fluid systems, Mitsubishi Chemical's high-temperature reactors for fine chemicals, and Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical's quench oil system for its 1-million-ton/year ethylene plant. These implementations demonstrate the product's adaptability to diverse systems and equipment in the energy and chemical sector.

High-end PCB Lamination
THERMALFORTIS® successfully deployed in WinHua Technology's lamination equipment project, serving 300°C and 400°C high-temperature press conditions. Leveraging the superior high-temperature stability of our modified silicone-based thermal interface material, it delivers low volatility and minimal coking under continuous high-temperature cycling during PCB lamination. This ensures consistent, long-term temperature control, maintains uniform board lamination temperatures, reduces thermal-related defects, and minimizes corrosion to press tubing and heat exchange components—extending maintenance intervals.

High-temperature and high-pressure material manufacturing processes
In materials manufacturing, THERMALFORTIS® plays a critical role. It is used by Showa Denko for semiconductor materials production and in Shandong Zibo Luhua Hongjin New Material's high-temperature, high-pressure hydrogenation process for petroleum resins, demonstrating its ability to ensure stable production under extreme conditions.

Molten Salt Heat Transfer Test with Optical Heating
Trade and new energy companies have also selected THERMALFORTIS®. Toyota Tsusho uses it for heat collection pipelines, and the 100MW solar molten salt-silicone oil hybrid heat transfer loop project by UAE Masdar has also implemented it. This demonstrates its suitability and reliability in trade-related facilities and new energy pilot projects.

Food Processing and Composite Material Drying
In the food and composite materials sectors, THERMALFORTIS® is also applied. Yamaguchi Prefecture's San-yo seasoning fermentation sterilization cycle system and Shizuoka Prefecture's Kin-ko wood powder composite extrusion vacuum drying project both utilize this product, demonstrating its ability to meet diverse industry needs for sterilization, drying, and other processes.
